Another year and another hurdle. We’ve jumped over so many hurdles in the past 10 months, we should all consider entering the Olympics!!

Exhaustion aside, we are committed to being there with you every step of the way.  Our job is to relieve you of 8- and 10-hour vendor hold times, to pivot through and keep you updated on the ever-changing travel restrictions and requirements, so the vacation package you’re looking forward to does not become a financial or emotional loss!  We’re also here to remind you that it won’t always be this way – TRAVEL WILL RETURN!!  So, go cry, eat, drink, sleep or whatever you need to do, but remember to be kind to yourself and leave your travel worries to us. 

Just remember the one thing we're not, is an “order taker” when it comes to travel -  zero customer service, zero assistance if something goes wrong while on the road.  If you travel much or out of the country, you know the value of customer service. Our accessibility is what sets us apart.  And if the pandemic has taught us anything, it is the value of time. 

  • Here’s a story: My neighbor booked a cruise through Costco instead of me because of a $150 gift card. When the cruise cancelled, and she wanted to rebook, Costco wouldn't answer the call. Three different days she sat on hold over 7 hours and was hung up on each time.  She asked me to help and I got her cruise credit applied to new bookings through me without her doing anything

Think about how much your peace of mind and stress level is worth.
